Merlin is Lawmatics' AI suite. There are three features so far: Merlin Copilot, Merlin Qualify, and Merlin Engage. Each one takes on a specific job inside your firm's operations, and each is purchased separately based on what your firm needs.

Merlin Copilot is a conversational assistant inside Lawmatics. Tell it what you need in plain language, like building a follow-up automation for missed consultations or pulling last month's intake numbers by practice area, and Copilot builds it or answers from your firm's live data.

Merlin Qualify evaluates every incoming lead against criteria your firm defines — practice area fit, urgency, engagement signals — and moves the strongest cases to the top of the queue, with the reasoning attached so your intake team knows why.

Merlin Engage is an outreach agent. It writes and sends personalized follow-ups and carries on the conversation with a lead from there, all within guardrails your firm sets.
